A Full Service Elevator Consulting Company

Vertical Systems Analysis, Inc. (VSA Consulting) is a full-service engineering and elevator design firm offering specialized expertise in vertical transportation. Unlike many elevator consulting firms, VSA works with building owners, architects, and elevator companies to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to each project. While much of our work involves new construction, we also have extensive experience modernizing existing buildings and upgrading their vertical transportation systems.

VSA Consulting provides professional guidance throughout the new construction process, helping project managers access the information they need to make well-informed decisions. For projects involving existing buildings, our team offers the knowledge and experience necessary to guide modernization efforts from initial planning through final completion.

Selecting the right vertical transportation system is a critical decision for any building project. Evaluating elevator manufacturers, maintenance programs, and proprietary computerized control systems requires careful consideration to ensure long-term performance, reliability, and value.

With VSA Consulting, building owners and project managers can make informed decisions through an objective evaluation of elevator companies, their equipment, and their control systems. Our goal is to identify the solutions that best meet the specific needs of each project and its ownership team.

Because every building and project has unique requirements, VSA offers a comprehensive range of vertical transportation consulting services. From the earliest stages of planning and design through project completion, we provide end-to-end support. We can also help ensure that elevator and escalator equipment remains current with applicable certifications, operating regulations, and industry requirements.

Whether you are planning a new construction project, modernizing an existing building, or seeking expert guidance on your vertical transportation systems, VSA Consulting is ready to assist.
